Service Drive IQ (SDIQ) walks every advisor through the same check-in on every vehicle: appointment, customer and vehicle, odometer, video walkaround and photos, optional oil change packages, prior declines, then the menu of what's due, the cart with customer sign-off, and the RO pushed to CDK. The customer leaves with a QR code that brings them back.

Appointment, customer and vehicle, odometer, then a guided video walkaround and photos.
Optional oil change packages, prior declines, then the menu of what's due.
Build the cart, get the customer's signature and push the RO to CDK.
A windshield QR code that opens the customer's own portal.
Same truck, same customer, six moments. See what changes for your advisor, and what your customer finally gets to understand about their own vehicle.
FROM AN ADVISOR WHO USES SDIQSDIQ has made the check-in process a lot easier. I can pull up the customer, see their service history and know what's due or coming due without having to search through everything myself. The menu also makes the conversation with the customer easier. They can scan the QR code, see their history and what I'm recommending along with why. It saves me time and keeps the customer involved.

Inside the check-in, the walkaround runs three short screens on every vehicle, in your order: odometer, video and photos. Every customer gets the same professional check-in, and every vehicle's condition is documented.

Point the camera at the odometer. The photo is saved and the mileage feeds the recommendations.
A continuous video around all four sides, with a coverage checklist so nothing gets missed.
Each wheel and the windshield are required. Damage photos are added as needed.
No separate walkaround sign-off. The customer signs once at checkout, and that signature covers the approved services and the walkaround.
Short videos inside the workflow show new advisors how to run each step and explain each service.
Walkaround, photo and video completion by advisor and store, in reporting.
Every recommendation arrives with its reason, the price and the options. The customer chooses, signs on the tablet, and approved work goes straight to the RO.

Good / Better / Best. Optional oil change packages, shown when an oil change is due and your dealership offers them.
Cart and sign-off. Pay type per line, totals, signature, then Print RO or transmit to CDK.
When it was last done, when it's due and what it does, so the customer decides from facts.
Declined work is saved to the vehicle's timeline and returns at the next visit, and in the portal.
Approved services and totals flow to the repair order in CDK.
SDIQ reads what it needs from your DMS and data partners, then sends approved work straight back to the repair order.
